A VIP Day is a day where I help you out with a single system in your
business that’s in need of creation, streamlining, or improvement.
Well that’s great, but let’s first figure out…
What do I do?
This is quite the loaded question, but let’s tackle it anyway.
Broadly, I help people, more specifically: entrepreneurs, coaches, insert online business owner position here.
More specifically, I help them with their behind the scenes stuff. Things you may not necessarily see
but need to be in place for their business to run successfully.
Now HOW can I help you? Alright, we’re into the good stuff now.
Maybe you know what you need, and maybe you don’t.
Both are 100% acceptable and you’re in luck, because one thing I just love to do is figure out puzzles.

You’ve heard of them before, (and if not, you’re hearing about them now!)
So just what is this VIP day and how can it help you?
Here’s a few ways we can use our time together to clean up behind the scenes and make your biz feel a bazillion(it’s a real number, but don’t look it up) times lighter.

Course or Membership Setup / Migration
(VIP Day)
We’re not talking about a menu at a restaurant here, we’re talking about *courses*. Get it? 🤡
(Don’t worry, the jokes will be included in your VIP Day at no additional cost)
You have information, you need it out to the masses, and you want people to pay for it.
Just how do you make this happen? By setting up memberships, of course.
You know that introducing these courses & memberships to your biz will get you to the next level,
but you just don’t have the desire to set them up, or you can’t find the time.
And that’s where I come in… to get these set up for you.
Kartra? Kajabi? Memberpress? Thinkific? If you have a preferred place, great.
If not, I’ll be able to recommend one for you based on your needs.
Or maybe you already have a course or membership. But it hasn’t been updated since the days we were taking care of our Virtual Pets (I didn’t take the best care of my Dinkie Dino) and you really really really need to update it.
So, what does this mean?

I will go over your existing setup in pain-staking detail (the only detail I know), and we will determine the next best steps for you.

What do I need from you?
+ The materials to add to your course/membership (PDFs, videos, copy, etc.)
+ Any specific dates on when you’re looking to launch/begin selling
+ How you’d like things to work (are there different access levels, is this a drip campaign, is it evergreen?)
+ Your desired platform (Kartra, Kajabi, MemberPress, Thinkific, etc.)
+ If you don’t know and/or don’t have one, that’s fine! Let’s chat about this and determine what’s best for you

Client Onboarding (VIP DAY)
You, as a coach, hire a client. Then what?
After you’re done celebrating with key lime pie (or insert pastry of choice here, I won’t judge [lies, I will]),
you need a method in place to ensure your client has a prim and proper experience to assimilate into your business.
While you can’t have me on board every time you onboard a client, what you will get are guides, a system, and helpful tips to ensure your client’s onboarding experience is painless and without the hiccup, because who wants those?

+ A 60-minute kickoff call to determine the best needs for you and your offer to take hours of research off of your plate and back into your life
+ A setup CRM (of your choosing) that will house your current clients which will make your life easier, save you time, and make onboarding a breeze
+ Walkthroughs on how to set up future clients, either manually or through an automated system(depending on how your system is setup), so you can save time in the future
+ Guides on how to offboard your client to make their experience as smooth as possible
+ Email support throughout the process
+ 30-minute wrap up call to introduce you to your new onboarding system

+ List of your current clients (where are they housed now, how many do you have?)
+ Desired CRM(I recommend Dubsado)
+ The materials you’d like the client to receive upon being onboarded
+ What client should receive during your time together

Launch Setup with Landing Page
and Automations (VIP DAY)
Are you launching an exciting new offer and need to start reaching out to your audience now?
Or, as we mentioned earlier, maybe you’re selling a low-ticket offer now to nurture your audience
for something even bigger and better down the road. This will be a *touch* more complex. Or some may call it fancy.
Maybe you’re running a few events per month and need information sent out for each of these (minus the headache).
